I am so excited to have the opportunity of teaching yoga in my hometown of Buda! Yoga For Every Body is about encouraging community, honoring your body and releasing old habit patterns through the teaching of yoga asanas (postures) and philosophy. My teaching style is one that focuses on the lessons we learn OFF our mats while practicing ON our mat. I believe in options. Each class, in each pose, we decide where we are going individually. I believe in humor. Yoga should be fun and enjoyable! Each class begins with 5 minutes of breathing and being, and ends with a minimum of 10 minutes in savasana where we receive all the benefits of our class and the positive energy shared by our fellow students.
